Johns Manville is rolling out a new addition to its commercial roofing lineup: JM TPO CleanSheet™. This 60 mil single-ply membrane ships with a protective peel-away film that keeps the surface clean and intact from the factory floor to final installation — reducing callbacks from on-site contamination before adhesive or seam work begins.

ECMS EC-200 Dry Joint MCM System™ — Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital, Paducah, KY
REPS is proud to support one of the largest metal composite projects in our region this year: the Bon Secours Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital exterior in Paducah, Kentucky — fabricated by East Coast Metal Systems (ECMS) and installed by Valley Interior Systems, who provided these progress photos.

Product Details: ECMS EC-200 Dry Joint MCM System™
Built on the rainscreen principle: formed metal composite panels mount on aluminum extrusions, and any incidental water that gets behind the panels drains out through weep holes.

A new birthing center in Cleveland is going up with DuPont™ ArmorWall™ Plus continuous insulation panels — a 5-in-1 product that combines structural sheathing, continuous insulation, air barrier, vapor retarder, and weather-resistive barrier in a single panel. The Birthing Beautiful Communities project is being built by Whiting-Turner.
