Joining REPS in 2026, Tracy Martin brings over 14 years of industry leadership and architectural expertise to the Team. Prior to joining REPS, she successfully led her own firm, Innovative Architectural Products, where she built a reputation for delivering thoughtful, design-forward building envelope solutions. Today, she leverages that extensive experience to support architects, contractors, and building owners across the Michigan and Northern Indiana territories.
Working with our industry-leading manufacturing partners, who are proven innovators in their field, Tracy works closely with clients to align aesthetics with design intent—helping select the right products, keep projects on track, and deliver design-forward building envelope solutions that create high-performing, healthy spaces for the communities they serve.
