Underseal® Blindside™ Membrane
Polyguard Underseal® Blindside™ Membrane from Polyguard is a durable, 73-mil waterproofing membrane and vapor barrier designed to prevent water and vapor transmission through below-grade concrete walls. Installed before pouring foundation walls, it forms a strong mechanical bond as the concrete intermingles with its nonwoven geotextile fibers. The heat and load of the concrete also create an adhesive bond, ensuring tight sealing against moisture intrusion. This membrane can also be used in select horizontal applications.
