John Warren
Exterior Division Territory Sales Manager, IN & MI
John Warren joined the REPS Team in April of 2025 as the Exterior Division Territory Sales Manager for Indiana and Michigan. He began his sales career in the 1980s calling on the design professional in Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan territory in the reprographics arts industry, selling mylar overlays, blueprint machines and closing reproduction contracts for construction documents and drawings. Years later, he joined a distributor in the commercial construction supply business selling masonry, drywall and specialty construction systems in Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan. By 1990, he had the opportunity to be part of the sales organization out of Indianapolis who was a leading Marketing and sales agency for the manufactures of construction materials. They represented nationally recognized construction material manufacturers such as Dow Chemical Commercial Building Solutions division - later becoming Dupont Performance Building Solutions, Georgia Pacific DensGlass division, and other manufacturers representing new brand name products in the building envelope systems business.
John has a long successful history with the architectural and commercial contractor community and commercial distributors. He has presented all types of training programs from CEUs in AIA to training contractors for certification and job site observation on multiple sites for exterior insulated water-resistant barrier systems, day lighting applications and specialty concrete finishes. He has achieved the Construction Documents Technologist Certificate CSI and other certificates from manufacturers in the building industry. These achievements along with an enterprising spirit make John a dependable individual in providing dedicated support for design professionals, commercial distributors, and contractors in the field.
John lives in Michigan City, Indiana by the Indiana National Dunes Lake shore area near the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan. He likes spending time at his lake house in rural Kewanna, Indiana on Bruce Lake with his wife and critters when they can.
